Best Nahida Build for 2026

Nahida fundamentally changed Genshins meta by enabling Dendro reactions to their full potential. Before her release, Dendro teams were functional but clunky. With Nahida, they became some of the strongest team archetypes in the game. Her biggest value isnt her personal damage - its her off-field Dendro application. Her E skill marks enemies (up to 8) and triggers coordinated Dendro damage whenever reactions occur. This works with any reaction - Hyperbloom, Burgeon, Spread, Aggravate, Burning, Bloom. The mark persists even when Nahida is off-field, making her a true set-and-forget support. The A4 passive is what makes her truly broken: she shares 25% of her Elemental Mastery to the on-field character. At 1000 EM, thats 250 free EM to your main DPS or trigger unit. This is why shes mandatory in Hyperbloom teams - she boosts Kuki or Raidens EM significantly, which directly increases Hyperbloom damage. Building Nahida is straightforward: as much EM as possible. The EM breakpoint is 800-1000. Below 800, she falls off noticeably. Above 1000, diminishing returns make other stats more valuable. If shes in a Spread team, a hybrid build (EM/Dendro/Crit) deals more personal damage. Where she struggles: Nahida is extremely squishy and has limited range on her mark. Against enemies spread across the battlefield, she needs another Dendro unit to maintain coverage. Her personal damage in non-Dendro teams is zero.
