Her jellyfish (E) ticks Hydro every 2 seconds for 12 seconds at C0, and her burst refreshes the jellyfish duration, which means a properly played Kokomi has near-permanent Hydro uptime without standing still. The single most important build rule: never build CRIT on Kokomi. Her passive converts CRIT Rate into healing bonus and sets her CRIT Rate to a negative value, so CRIT stats are literally dead weight. Every roll should go into HP%, Energy Recharge, or Healing Bonus. Kokomi fits three very different team archetypes. In Freeze teams (Ayaka + Shenhe + Kazuha + Kokomi) she is the off-field Hydro aura that keeps enemies frozen. In Nilou Bloom she is the on-field driver who triggers most of the Bloom cores while healing the self-damage from Bountiful Cores.
